As you guys may know, Singapore is the righftul owner of Pedra Branca - a decision made by the ICJ. I knew it wasn't over. I was proved right. Malaysia had banned 'foreigners' from buying petrol its the border states.
According to Yahoo! News, Malaysia is banning 'foreigners' from exposing the leak in their fuel subsidies. 'Foreigners' are banned from buying petrol within 30 miles of their countries. Cheaper fuel were for the lower-income citizens, they say. We all know who those 'foreigners' are. Ironically, the announcement of the ban comes only a few days after they had 'lost' Pedra Branca, a vital island for shipping routes, despite their pledge that it would not affect bilateral ties.
What next, cutting 'foreigners' water supply? Or maybe stop selling stocks like chicken? Is this a tit-for-tat, or just a mere coincidence? You decide.

The New Paper should be fined for causing a stir among the public, raising doubt and suspicion. Is it really necessary to doubt the state's democracy, question whether we are ready for a non-Chinese PM?
