Freedom. Such a small word with a huge meaning. There are millions of freedom fighters all over the world. Some may be fighting for their freedom, while there are those who fight for others.
In Singapore, the battle begins as soon as you enter school. You are restricted, only capable of doing things which the school allows. Also, you have to adapt how the school wants you to, changing your beliefs. I do understand that the school wants the best for the students, treating everyone equally. However, people do still have to be treated differently.
There is a way out of this 'box' the school is keeping you in. Private education. Yet, it always comes with a price. An extremely high one. It seems that 'Money = Freedom'
Although i cannot do anything but to rant, i'm sure there are many with similar voices out there. Let us all speak up at once, and abolish this homogeneous attitude schools have casted in us. Fight for your freedom.

The New Paper should be fined for causing a stir among the public, raising doubt and suspicion. Is it really necessary to doubt the state's democracy, question whether we are ready for a non-Chinese PM?
